Looking for some help with trying to find the paint color/code for my '03'. I have read that it is not coded in the serial number, you need to have the original documents which identifies it, true or not? I did contact local dealer who asked for serial number but they never followed up. I am completely colorblind, both blue/green and red/yellow, so I can't even begin to try a tell anyone what it is. I think it is a sort of blue/teal metallic. Looked online at paint sights, none seem to show anything like this under Suzuki colors. Attached photo. Sure there are others out there this color, any ideas what it is. Thanks.

I am not sure that a motorcycle has a color code on the bike anywhere like cars do.

So I have done the Colorite check, they only show 2 colors for an '03', not much help there. I would like to repaint tank minus Suzuki grahics but not remove and repiant feners. I happen to like the color and think some overlay of flames might be nice. Just got a new tank ready to paint so base color of what I have would be nice.

Who cares what it looked like?
What color do you want it?
I really like a gray/silverish color, but Not standing out against asphalt is probably not great,, being visible is good, so, pick a bright color maybe?
