Unless you buy into the "secret Federal Grant Funds" wagon where only activities you do not approve of get funding in ways we can never prove, but can always make Facebooks posts about.

All eminent domain transactions are public record.

Unless you fall into the "secret eminent domain" category where the Government takes land with no record of it, and no one says anything at the time, but decades later a guy on Twitter figured it out.
