Title: Is this a dyno for a savage?
Post by zevenenergie on 09/04/20 at 07:06:53

Is this the one?

https://www.ebay.nl/itm/Harley-Davidson-Heritage-Deluxe-2018-Auspuff-Schalldampfer-64900456/324276100006?hash=item4b805c9ba6:g:nVgAAOSwZTlfP7Dl

The one that will make a little more noise and give a little more power and that will make me very happy and make everyone love me? ::)

That looks little different than any I have seen, it is also a catalytic converter model.
The cat models will blue more than others but will still work.
It may be a bit longer than Dyna models, which could be good or bad.  It may be quieter,... it may be long enough to avoid blackening the brake arm on the wheel.
If that doesn't bother you, I'm sure you have the skills to make it fit.
You are much more skilled than the average Savage rider.

Make sure it still has the center baffle in place,... many Harley people knock those out to make their bikes louder.
With the baffle out, they are way too loud for a Savage.

Harley stopped making Dynas in 2017. That muffler is for the new Milwaukee 8 motor which replaced the Twin Cam motor(now discontinued) that the Dynas used. The inlet diameter may be different.

If you get it to work you will likely be the first to use one of those.
