I ordered this from Grainger yesterday at 2:00 PM and it’s at my doorstep at 4:00 PM today. Shipped from Illinois to Minnesota in one day. Quite impressed. [ch128512]

I have placed several orders with Grainger for specialty
hardware (stainless nuts, bolts, etc) over the last two
weeks and have been very impressed with deliveries.

Some orders have been ship-to-home and others for
in-store pickup.

My telephone calls with both their Sales People and
their Customer Service reps have been a delight.

I had never ordered from Grainger before, but it is
on my speed dial button now.

The only problem with Granger is they cater to people who aren't spending their own money, i.e. plant managers, which makes them expensive!! But, sometimes it's worth paying more for good service, quality, and availability. :)

Yes, not cheap, but in this case I needed the hone so worth the extra cost.
