Now why would any one push a 75 yr old guy - who likely was not strong enough to break and loot chitte and pretty likely able to afford his own flat screen. Besides the point - likely nothing will be happening on his account.

Watch the video. Watch the guys hands. A slam dunk, guaranteed way to to get yourself shoved by a cop is to reach out and put your hands anywhere near his gun.

Guy was trying to provoke a physical response. He just didn't plan on falling down and cracking his noggin.
