Title: If they had turned the motor around ??

It would have been interesting to have had the motor turned around.
Longitudinal crank and shaft drive like the Intruders, of course those are transverse crank V twins, but would have been cool to have a single with longitudinal crank. Yea shaft probably more $$$ than belt drive to make.

Cool.

The R-27 was a great looking bike as well!  but to heavy to be just a 250cc.

Yea Its the r/60 frame and running gear. BTW earles forks are terrible for handling too. I had a bike with those. Nightmare.

Cool.
