I'll say the same now as I did then: Who cares? We all log in for our own reasons, and it's really easy to fall into the "X-Person stopped communicating because I'm right" ideology. It's just so easy to claim I'm better than everyone else. JOG got tired of posting and took a break and there were comments about how whatever topic was trending at the time was too much for him. I'd say we have the same level of accuracy of guessing why someone isn't using this forum now as we did when JOG wasn't posting. Note: The comments, sentence structure and context of this post is specific to this post, and is not intended to be used in any other post of any kind, in any way, shape or form. |

I appreciate that as I did the same and made a vow not to 'look' like that again. As I said once before, after seeing the unbelievable ugliness of Mavi, I owe TT an apology. I have a new role at work so my free time in hotels and airports is much less so I'm not on much either. Anyway, Trump will be acquitted and likely win reelection which is sure to keep the cultural civil war going full speed ahead. Of all his faults, the fact he's the world's worst winner is one of his biggest. He'd get a 15 yard taunting penalty every time..... When you win a battle, walk away from the body for crying out loud. Instead, he basically breathes new life into it.... As bad a winner as Trump is, liberals are an even worse loser. They hate Trump with the power of 10,000 suns as I heard it expressed once. They are totally blinded by hatred as evidenced by the impeachment joke. Democrats will lose in 2020 and leftist/socialist/communist will probably win in 2024. That means we've got 5 or 6 years of freedom left so live it up!!! |

Can "capitalism" be more evenly distributed.... absolutely, starting with funding inner schools to those kids who don't get the same education as suburban rich, and then teach them READING, WRITING, and ARITHMETIC, not this other crap about gender, etc, stuff.... |

We are presently seeing it now, I feel, when our societal and political norms are lumped together, as one ideology, using force, punitive, or ostracizing, measures...... to control any opposition (to it). The fulcrum needs to stay constant, always the same point of balance, in that given society. If it shifts too far one way, like a pendulum, by a force of physical nature (something greater than ourselves) it will swing back the other way....regardless of what we do. Maybe its part of Newton's Third Law......????? I dunno.....what I do know is this, we didn't build this planet, or create what lives upon it.... So.... I feel the left has venture too far out to the edge, and we are seeing the effects of correction, again, not a right vs. wrong scenario...no, something much bigger, all man is trying to do is, figure out his part....in it :-? |
