As in an actual law citation, reference or precedent because anyone can tell someone else they should have done something while offering no help at all.

Both.

As in when I reference law I provide the Revised Statute, and case material. If charging Epstein is easy, then it's easy for anyone to look up and reference.

I'm not saying corruption wasn't involved, I am asking what law, specifically are you referencing as prosecuting material. Not the charge, not some broad statement anyone can just type to justify their opinion, I am asking for an actual law or laws.

Given MULTIPLE adults of high social standing, telling a prosecutor what they have reason to believe is happening is enough to initiate an investigation.

I'm familiar with the indictment but I don't see how these are able to be fully prosecuted without named victims, as in "prior to victims coming forward".

Was there an investigation, which could result in prosecution without a victim starting the process, that was hindered? I suppose conspiracy to commit sex trafficking would be the easiest one, but who was reporting this?

Victims were coming forward in 2008 when NYPD did some botched aS$S BS and then in 2012 and then again in 2014 when the story was in ABC's hands with victims coming forward and what not - tha twas quashed by British royal family with threat of Kate's wedding or baby or sum such nonsense - again talking about Epstein not Weinstein. Or some such numbers.
