Post by raydawg on 01/11/20 at 12:07:13 Endangered Democrats sound the alarm on Bernie and Warren https://www.politico.com/news/2020/01/11/endangered-2020-democrats-downballot-carnage-097315 Just how much of this story is real? Is it click bait, or do you think it will really take a bite our of the democrats ability to get behind one candidate? I am recalling just how outraged Bernie supporters were last time, and given what we/they know now....will they cave to a Biden candidacy? Could he, would he, sweeten the ticket with a Liz VP?   :-? Will AOC retreat, and become part of winning at all cost, crowd, surrendering what she says she stands for? I think this is bigger than the Tea Party revolt, that hamstrung the republicans, a few cycles back.....and has caused fractures in their party clout too.... I just sense these younger folks, the real zealous environmentalist, anti-capitalist, social democrats, are way more charged up, than any other movement against a party hierarchy......??? When I read other comment sections, I think I am seeing their commitment goes past this one elections outcome, and might even view another Trump administration as a opportunity to enlist more folks into their movement, as he runs so counter to what they promote and campaign on, etc.... I believe they think they can undo anything he might accomplish, like more SC judges, federal judges, etc.... by writing their own new laws, etc.... to keep them in power for the better good of mankind, as the old Patriarchs, and Matriarchs, wither and fade away.... they know they have the luxury of time, on their side.  :o What say you?
