That standard for the predication of an investigation is low, simply requiring “articulable facts.” He said that, since this is a low discretionary standard, he cannot say it was inappropriate to start. United States Attorney John Durham, who is heading the parallel investigation at the Justice Department, took the usual step of issuing a statement that he did not believe the evidence supported that conclusion at the beginning of the investigation.

This was ALL based upon the Steele Dossier......PERIOD!

They had tried previously to get the FISA court to grant them the right to wire tap....
They were denied.

Then the court gets the Steele Dossier accusations, WITHOUT revealing the source, or who paid for it.
And it was granted, all upon the Clinton opposition research lies....

The courts were lied to, by omission of facts.

Comey leaked the Steele Dossier to a buddy to give it credence....

Everything is now based on a false premise and is moot......
