Totally trash a person,
who is running for a office in a different County,
who NO ONE, in Pima County can vote for ?

For 2 weeks, (while in Ajo), was bombarded with the, 'News',
(Most would say the OPINION),
How Joe Arpaio would not work.

Joe Arpaio is a big enough arsehole that he made national news when he announced.

We get local, state, national, and global news here in the Old Pueblo...

Why does it bother you that Tucson covers a Maricopa county election?.
Like you said,... no one here will be voting in it.
Just reporting about it seems pretty innocuous...
It's State news... a national figure and convicted felon is running for office in our state...

Contact the add provider, by law they have to disclose that information.

It shouldn't take more than a few days to go through their metrics and see if they are using some sort of communications data.

Bottom line is TV ads are old news and a small percentage of overall advertising/influence in modern media.

My bet is they are doing what everyone does now:

Analyze metadata in social media and cellphone accounts to target not just the voting populous in a region, but also their communication groups within their "likes/shares" etc. They then can create targeted adds in multiple medias to influence voters not exclusively by media-to-voter, but also social group-to-voter, social-platform-shares-to-voter, among other comprehensive influence strategies.

This is pretty common these days, there is tons of articles, studies and reference materials on the subject.

Arpaio was a very controversial figure here in AZ when he ran the prison.
Many of his political showboat stunts were controversial and considered cruel and unusual to boot.
Feeding prisoners green bologna sandwiches, and making them sleep in tents outside year round.
Phoenix in summer is not safe for outdoor living.

What that a-hole stunt monkey does is of concern to all Arizonans.
...and of course, Trump pardoned him. For politically motivated reasons.
Illegal...

Please explain how a Sheriff of one County, affects the residents in a different County, (and all the others), when the Sheriff of Maricopa County, can ONLY, oversee the incarceration of prisoners, IN Maricopa County.
The Sheriff of Maricopa County, did not Put them in Prison.
The Sheriff of Maricopa County, does not determine the sentence.
The Sheriff of Maricopa County, ONLY oversaw them and housed them, and did his best to see that they Did NOT, come back.

Criminal Trump pardoned him.
They should share a tent once Trump's out of office.

Really? You know people move right?

It's not about inmates going in, it's about them going out when we look at how local counties deal with a judicial system and how they impact other counties, or even the State.

That's besides the point though. News ads on TV are a small percentage of overall campaign strategy. There's a reason those ads are being paid for, and why they are in specific geographical areas. I bet there's a lot of social media connections, and people/families that commute, or otherwise interact consistently with residents or businesses of Maricopa.
