Will the S40 pillion handles without the sissy bar mount onto a 2001 savage?

I'm sure this has been covered before? They do fit, I think you need shorter bolts though.
If you were in Australia I'd swap you pillion handles and bolts.

The hole pattern for either are the same.
The fender rails w/out the sissy bar are wider.
if you're trading, transfer the bolts.
The heads on either bolt are quite large and will groove a tire.
Better to replace with truss or button head bolts.
