On April 6, 2019 the GPS system will have a change that may affect some GPS systems. Some may not function - some may show incorrect times and dates but still navigate property....some are smart enough to have the rollover built into the programming.

So , if ya don't have cell-phone service in your area then ya still don't have anything ?

I think I'll shop for a cell-phone service booster ! ;)

Good to know. I’ll spend a bit more time watching the road instead of just staring at my tank bag-mounted google maps ;) ;D

I made a long drive down to FL from KY yesterday.....my 20 year old Garmin worked just fine - no problems with the GPS or the route.

However - Atlanta traffic is the pustule of Interstate 75. Even at 3 in the afternoon on a Wednesday I had traffic jams in 4 separate areas while passing through Atlanta.
