Title: Clutch Rod
Post by PerroVivo on 03/09/19 at 10:12:38

Hello, and thanks for reading, hope this is an easy question to answer for those that do have the knowledge.

I'm curious if when the crankcase cover is off, the clutch rod should be easy to push.

Recently remove the clutch to replace the cam chain... yes, the gear that engages the oil pump and pin is correctly placed.

Thanks again, and please a yes or no will do... no need to redirect me to a past post.

No, it's a clutch. That's why it takes a lever on the handlebars, and another on the engine. There are six pretty mean springs involved.

Well, Cool! Now he can do it with just 2/3rds of the formerly impossible pressure to create with his thumb.
Anand it's still impossible.
Now, pardon me while I go work on getting that six pack down to a clutch pack representing four pack.
