Probably a good idea for Harley to start marketing to really young kids because people in their teens through their thirties just aren't dropping coin on HD anymore.

They are going to have to go the cigarette market approach, get them attracted at a young age, then go electric.

They have flat footboards on each side. Kind of hard to see in the photo but they are there.

They are "striders"....intended for kids who are too young/small to pedal.
