How is this a violation of her rights as she claims?

She can keep her guns but she can not keep them at a private owner's rental property where she lives.

Who's taking her guns, or telling her she can not have them?

Yes and No.

The Landlord, (if he is the owner of the property) has the ‘right’ to say, yes/no to having a firearm on the grounds.
Yet their seems like a WHOLE Lot, is in her favor.

Did she sign a lease ?
Did the lease say no firearms on grounds ?
If yes to both. Than she cannot have firearms on the grounds.
She, can, own, have, posses, use, firearms, just not on those grounds.
(If the lease said she cannot own firearms, that part would, NOT, be valid)

If she signed a Lease, and it said nothing about firearms.
Yet now, she is told she can not have any on the grounds.
Is like her signing a lease saying $100.00 a week rent, for 24 weeks.
Then being told, rent is 200.00 a week rent, for next 48 weeks.
It just don't work that way.
She gets a good Lawyer, She will own that place.

More problems come when:

BIG PROBLEMS !

They DID, violate her privacy, absolutely. But her Rights? Don’t know what was in the lease she signed ?

If that statement was not in the lease, the landlords claim, would hold water like a loosely woven wicker basket.

Here is the interesting part.
It looks like 7 girls. What if 6 of them had white skin, and 1 had black skin.
And the 6, said, “Well your from Alabama, and have a, ‘Make Obama President Again’, Hat in your room, so you make us uncomfortable”
What would the UL's say ?

Then this: “… the guns “might go off on their own.”.
Shows the total ignorance they have, because they refuse to learn, or don’t want to learn, or are not allowed to learn.

Its an unfortunate situation but she's wrong to claim her rights are violated.

If you are going to argue a situation in your favor at least be correct, not just more correct than the people you are arguing against.

I have referenced the unreliability of sources here over and over, but I am literally ignored each time so I no longer bring up source information, its a waste of my time.

Most of what goes on here is opinion-based anyway. If an article contradicts an opinion, its ignored.

Looking at numerous places, (Web Sites) about this story.
It is noticeably absent from the, ‘Left’, ‘very Left’, leaning sites.
That is one clue.

Next, is the, ‘Landlord’, the owner of the property ?
Their is NO answer.
Next, was their a lease signed, and what did it say?
Their is no answer. (From the CNN type sites)
Those are more clues.

This lady, (when she gets a good Lawyer),
will be collecting, not paying, the rent.
