100% not happening. The press video is a cartoon. The original Terrafuga was a complete failure. It had miserable performance in both the air and on the ground. The new design is infinitely more complex and less likely to succeed.

For several reasons, it won't work out, the point is
Someone finally designed a thing that passes FAA and road certification, it's technically doable.
If it doesn't live up to the hype, meh,,

Years ago in Popular Mechanics magazine they had a Ford Pinto with a detachable wing & motor/prop that would actually fly ! But inventor died in a fiery crash !

I would be satisfied with an affordable jetpack.....with a 50 mile range........and runs on 87 octane pump gas (E10 is OK). ;)
