This is definitely out of my knowledge area, but that bumpy wheel sticking out the bottom sure does look like it would cause a lot of drag........maybe that doesn't matter when your goal is to go up and not forward.  The rest o the plane looks so incredibly smooth.....the wheel just looks out of place.

And how in the world does the pilot stay warm?  I suppose they have some form of battery powered clothing for him......it has to be incredibly cold at those altitudes.

He's so high there is apparently not enough ram air to register on his airspeed indicator.  Either that, or he's about to be in really big trouble!!!
