Good day all. I have followed the suggestions for tweaking my stock 2014 S40. The next project I have is installing the Raptor petcock but I have a quick question. The raptor has a plastic tube on the long side, I have not seen it mentioned previously but do I install it as is or do I need to remove that clear plastic tube. I am guessing no removal or it would have been mentioned but wanted to check before the swap.

If you are talking about the clear tube that is slid over the longer fuel tube....that is just there to protect the plastic fuel filter during shipping.

You need to remove that clear tube.....the only thing you should have is two fuel intakes with screens - one short and one long.

Thank you, I thought as much but with them only putting a cover on one side and not the other, I wanted to double check.
