Title: A Storm[y] in a D-Cup
Post by eau de sauvage on 07/25/18 at 00:40:48

Should I pay with cash or cheque?

“I need to open up a company for the transfer of all of that info regarding our friend David,” Cohen says to Trump on the recording. Cohen is apparently referring to American Media Inc. chief David Pecker.

A clear violation of campaign finance law, at least. This is the tip of the iceberg that Team Trump's ship will run into over the next year.

This isn't about Stormy Daniels but nice attempt at a clever title.

 This is about Karen McDougal.

Too bad she got caught up in this, she's really attractive and not a bonehead, I met her a few years after she got the PotY recognition.

Why does a lawyer record a conversation with a client?...
CYA...

If you need to do that,... there's trouble.
More recordings to come... that's more trouble.

If he recorded in secret, he's in trouble for that by itself.

Not in NYC, where the law only requires that one party to the conversation give consent even if that one party is the person who did the recording, so no he's not in trouble for taping the conversation.

Yeah it know but as you said I could not resist the title, plus Stormy can be a sort of generic stand in for all the women in a similar position.

Well Trump is not your average client, if a lawyer is performing illegal actions but having his arm twisted... I could think of many reasons why he'd want to cover his ass.

Here, you can legally record a conversation without telling anyone as long as you are an active part of the conversation taking place.
