I have only been up to that speed on a Nascar track in a rented race car doing the NASCAR experience thingy. I can't imagine going that fast on a very short wheelbase speedster that is made to resemble a lawn tractor.

I wonder what the "rules" are for a lawn mower speedster......seems like there could be a lot of grey area for the shape of the body.

Do you need/want a seatbelt - or is it better to just get away from the thing if you crash? (No roll bar or other safety enclosure).

Dave, I don't NEED a seatbelt or rollcage. Unless my T.V. can mug me.
I'm not about to ride a blasted mower over twenty miles per hour
