After 25 Years with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, editorial cartoonist Rob Rogers was fired by the newspaper. The new editor didn't like his politics.

Not understanding the concept of, ‘Freedom', most likely comes from someone coming from a place that has none.

Take the Cartoonist that was fired. He was Fired, NOT KILLED. His boss, (who by the way writes HIM a check, he does not write a check to work their).

The complaining by Snowflakes, does that mean, if a BOSS, does not like what someone is doing, the Boss, HAS TO KEEP HIM/HER ON ?????????
WHAT, would that would be called? (guessing many, MANY things, but it is NOT, Freedom)

That person is ‘fired’, NOT KILLED. (Or shipped off to, the far reaches on AK, in the middle of winter). That person can keep doing what he Wants to do, absolutely NO ONE, is stopping him.

Take that concept further, CNN/FOX, (and others), have the, Right/Freedom, to Lie, Twist, Spin, Editorialize, (disguised as news) all they want. (as long as they don’t yell Fire in a Crowded Place).

Whoever owns those, and like, companies, have the right to hire/fire whoever they want, biased on their performance, meeting the expectations of the person hiring them !

Ya sure won’t see, 5 writers from CNN, replacing 5 from FOX, or visa versa. It is simply a form of, Freedom, to hire those who fill the pramitiors of the Job.

Now for the, ‘Panty in a bunch crowd’, This concept of freedom, is subject to, ‘laws’. Which like: ‘one does not have the freedom to fire a person, (who DOES do the Job), because the boss, does not like their race, religion, sex.’

Unless, the States and Capitals are stormed, to pass a New Law, saying, ‘A Person can NOT be Fired for, POLITICAL Party Beliefs’. This talented cartoon drawer/writer, was simply fired.

Stop CRYING in the street, get over it.

The owners and editor and board of directors
ARE SMARTER THAN YOU.

is that also true of let's say CNN news, or NBC news etc... all that is Business as well... doesn't that make them smarter than you, but I"m sure you've criticized them before, but when someone criticizes a Trump friendly outlet, you degrade their intelligence...

and in another light, Obamacare, as painful as it may have been, was doing things that BENEFITTED YOU. that statement is just as valid as your statement about Trump doing things that benefit us

oh, and Trump will probably support a 30% newsprint tariff (just judging on his past) that will probably destroy the Pittsburgh-Gazette
