Another screwing.

The Surface Transportation and Veterans Health Care Choice Improvement Act of 2015. This new law was primarily designed as a three-month stopgap extension of the Highway Trust Fund and related measures. But it includes a number of important tax provisions, including the revised due dates for partnership and corporation tax returns. President Obama signed it into law on July 31, 2015.

Filed early last year, so it was not affected.
This year, filled same time, (Before Personal),
and guess what. BIG HIT, Just got letter from the IRS.

I run a business and am aware of tax changes as they happen as it is my responsibility to follow tax law and abide by it as well as influence the alterations as I am able.

Why weren't you aware of this change until now? Do you expect tax law to not change?

None, but you brought it up so I was wondering why you weren't aware? Do you have someone else prepare everything that wasn't informed? Do you expect tax law to not change specifically in ways that affect you and your filing management?

I understand that Obama signed a tax law that inconveniences you at this time, but I don't see where this information was not dispersed in the same method it has been for decades. Remember all the last-minute stuff Clinton did? That screwed a lot of people too.
