Be careful of first response ....... if you do read the link.

I'm struck with a couple of things.
It was a Democrat endorsed amendment to Obamacare.
It has limitations to who it will cover.
It seems to be working, at a lower cost.
It looks to me to be borrowed on the idea of Co-Opts, like those in farming, ranching, etc.
Pretty similar to my BECU (Boeing Employee Credit Union) in structure.

Could be used as a example of where the "basic idea" of socialism/communism appears to have benefits to its workings.
