Has anyone here done this to their bike yet .. I'm wondering how hard it is? any advice? Thanks in advance!

Not hard at all. Tilt the bike to the right side and you don’t have to drain the oil. The axle seal is very common size and doesn’t have to be purchased from Suzuki.

Does it just pop out with needle nose pliers essentially?

The easiest way to replace a seal that has the shaft in place, is to take a sharp punch and a hammer and make a few small holes around the seal.  Then put some small sheet metal screws in the holes, and use side cutting pliers to grab the screws and pry out the seal.  Be careful not to nick the shaft with the punch or pliers.
