The guality really dropped off, as did sales and employment. Each unit has factored into the price money for warranty work. They came up with the idea that if the boat didn’t ever need warranty work, that money would go to bonuses of the workers. Quality really got good, as did productivity. Gee, I wonder why? Other workers would not let another person do shoddy work, that’s why.
