Last throttle cables I did, I bought the Motion Pro kit. Cut to fit, solder on new ends.
Lots of kits out there.

The Savage is not sold in very larger numbers, and most companies can't justify the cost of making specialty products for it - they would never sell enough to justify the cost of designing/building/stocking the specialty part.

You are either going to have to order your own cables from Motion-Pro....or you can build your own using the Venhil kits.  The only hard part of using the Venhil kits is learning how to solder without scorching the small diameter cables - it takes very little heat.  It also takes the proper flux for steel - the flux used for plumbing or electrical is not correct.  You can buy the hydraulic brake lines in whatever color and length you want, then build the clutch and throttle cables.  You may also need to lengthen your electric wiring.

Every motorcycle shop Ive been to makes custom cable lengths.  The last one I had made I wasn't even charged for, so I imagine the cost for them to do it must be low.

I'd ask around once you have a length finalized.
