Post by darkclwnz on 11/13/17 at 16:50:22

i am mechanical savy and should have done this my self but i didn't have time
but im making time now
so i have come here for all of the advice i can find just to make sure i do this correctly since i didn't see it come apart the first time

the 3 o rings on the 3 bolts how exactly are thos located are they in between the cover and the motor ? or on the bolt on the out side?

The linkage between clutch cable and clutch has an Oring in the case.
Sux when it leaks..

all good info i have read the cam adjuster forum but it does not answer the exact question i have
do the 3 o rings that are on the 3 marked washer bolts go on the inside of the case or on the outside  :-[ :-[ :-[
i know it sounds dumb but for some one that didn't see it come apart originally it is important if it was mixed up
all other info has been noted thank yall so much

Yes, the special sealing washers go on the outside....under the head of the bolts.  The washers have rubber sealing material inside the washer, and they prevent the oil from oozing out from under the bolt head.
