Would ya be surprised if someone toasted to it with a Morozoff cocktail ? I don't know much about your neighborhood , but people are about the same everywhere ... treat folks in an unfair manner and ya might reap what ya been sowing ! .

mountains on one side, ocean on the other, too many people, not enough land. Housing/rental prices equal to NYC. Millionaires from China, displacing the natives. Nice place to ride though, once you get into the mountains, an hour away (unless you live there!). 8-)
