Had to laugh! the Bathroom Bill didn't pass in Tex-ass. talk about anal,walk out of the bathroom in Texas and get arrested or fined because you left your ID home and can't prove what sex you were when born.Let's face it we're all human, and when you got to go you got to go.In NEW YORK all bathrooms are unisex .How would they enforce it anyway?Maybe they would have a new division in their police department, the Excrement Police ::)

LOL - it was a stupid bill to begin with and it got what it deserved.

I've had many gals come into the guy's bathroom at events 'cause the ladies room was full up. Who the hell cares? MYOB

Yes I've seen gals use the men's room at bars or events many times myself ,and that's my point ,who cares about who's taking care of business .I can't believe the waste in tax money and time to even bring this to a vote.
