My wife Paula is undergoing a heart catheter right now, and I am waiting to hear what they find and what they are going to do if anything is required.
Pray that nothing is needed.

Paula sure has a bright light that shines all-about her ! :) The way she walks in God's Will is a powerful testimony to her faith --- I'll bet the good Lord has a long list of chores in store for her . ;)

You and Paula make a good team !

She's a bundle of joy. I'm sure the doc's will get her tuned up and running right.

Dad had an exploratory about a month ago. Found him healthy enough for a rotorooter job yesterday. He's home recovering now.

My thoughts and prayers for her quick recovery.

I just got home.
Paula is still in the hospital and will be there till Sunday.
She had a heart catheter and a 99% blockage was found in a major artery.
Two stints were put in on that artery.
She did well during the procedure and is resting comfortably now.
They are keeping her just to be sure everything continues to improve.

Thank you buddy for putting our minds at rest too....
Amazing they got to such a restriction without causing more effects.

I know many, many folks who have had this procedure and went on successfully to a full life, total recover and health restored!

Those stints do an amazing job and she'll be feeling much better in a couple days. Sorry to hear of the blockage but glad they were able to put the stints in. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I just whispered a prayer for her and you too. Things like this can be most unnerving! I am sort of a worrier, and when I go through stuff, I worry. Shouldn't - but I do.

I am comforted by the fact that God is in control. What I don't know, I know that He does!

Thank you all for the kind word and prayers.
Paula is doing much better today, pretty much back to her perky self.
She should be able to come home tomorrow if things keep improving the way they are.
I found out today that beside the one artery blocked at 99%, there was one more that was blocked 40%, but apparently they are not worried about that. That seems strange to me.

This all makes me question what my arteries look like.

Paula is home and feeling pretty well, though a bit tired.
It sure is good to have her home.

Time for you to take care of her and everything else and let her rest. The body heals much faster when resting ! Just think of all the times she took care of you when ill and it will make whatever you gotta do a pleasure rather than a task. Pay it forward for next time when the tables are turned.
