I suppose this is the perfect accessory to your sport bike with the 12" wide tire and stretched swingarm.

I might have to buy a kit and paint MM's tires at the next group ride (when he isn't looking). ;)

I watched a bit of this video, then checked some of the comments below. My favorite:

"This is for people who don't actually ride their motorcycles."  ;D

A little slo-mo video, dramatic soundtrack and oh, the concentrated look the guy gives the tire before painting!  Truly an artist about to replicate the great works of the Sistine Chapel!
So, it must be the most excellent stuff ever crea........

....OK.  That's as far as I can go.

Another example of tools for the tools out there.  I'm pretty sure you have to have a backwards ball cap and either a barbed wire or tribal tattoo to purchase.
No offense to any of our members sporting tribals or barbed wire.

I guess the guy who invented those idiotic spinning hubcaps was running outta money and had him another
Idiots will buy this crap
Moment.

Suggest any Artistic Endeavors on MMs bike be done the night before you leave and whoever plays Picasso be gone before he sees it.

MM will have it worn off in 12,000 miles.....more or less.

Until now I've never seen a good reason for doing a burnout and popping a tire. That would be as embarrassing as a Vroom motor on my bicycle. Man, my heart sunk when I opened that present. I Knew I was gonna hafta put that stupid thing on my bicycle...
Can you imagine riding a Theme Bike?
Lookie, it's got panels and rivets and the saddle bags look like Drop Tanks, I'm flying a fighter jet..

That would be the 12,000 miles he spends HUNTING DOWN the person that painted his tires !!!

It would look great with that tank.
You should do it!
And you should have a chrome helmet.
You could be as popular as the truck driver with the polished stainless steel doors on his trailer.
That's some retina scorching idiocy..
You can see if they make a heat shrink Mylar.
I wonder if anyone is making rainbow ribbons to weave into the spokes.
Nothing to keep you from Personalizing the sidewalls!

I dunno, the yellow high vis one might make you stand out to following vehicles, but would there be a strobe effect to hypnotise other drivers? Still this video lead me to another one about using toothpaste to clean small components such as door looks and gear knobs. Oh pleeeeeeeese, what is "officially deprecated"?

I saw spinner rims on a custom bike a few weeks back. This isn't the bike i saw, but here is someone else that also wasted his money on novelty crap just like the one I saw.

If it doesn't make the bike faster or stop better or handle better it's a total waste of time & money !

MM has already got his gun loaded if he has read this ya know !

Yeah, but Dave and I can do it and get away with our life (maybe) as we have a free pass...we cleaned the rabbit guts off of his bike for him last year.

We did put some of them in a ziploc baggie in his trunk to find later, but that's beside the point   ::) ::) ::)

That looks good ... Dave , I want Silver and have a new Commander II to put it on !

I wonder if it really takes special paint to stick to tires ?

::)

MM....we aren't talking about painting the letters - which is probably why they first developed the paint.

Some folks are painting their treads.

And....they do make the paint reflective!

Yea Dave ,

I saw the video  :)

That Commander II looks a lot like those sport bike tires ... but I got 22,ooo miles out of the last one ...   ;)

I only got 6,800 miles out of the 888 on the Harley.  :(

Sorry guys - If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck - it's a duck.
This is clearly just a dumb idea.

Dumb didn't stop the pet rock from making money.
Or spinning hubcaps.
Or tall wheels with a ribbon of rubber.
