Title: Aftermarket turn signal mounting advice?
Post by IslandRoad on 06/01/17 at 15:23:01

I'd like to purchase some aftermarket turn signals. My son is an electrician so he will help me with the wiring. I notice most aftermarket products have much narrower stems than the stock signals. My rear signals are mounted on the licence plate bracket so I'll make a bracket for them, from some tubing.

Anyone got any recommendations, or tips, for mounting the front signals?

I can't find much info via the search function.

I saved the rubber part (base) of the fronts and plugged the new signals into them, can't remember if I glued or screwed them in.(maybe both).

Thanks heaps! That's a gteat option [ch9786]

I spent a couple of hours on eBay last night trying to find brackets for the front, with no luck. I was also wondering about some sort of anti-vibration method. I'll have a good look at the stock mounts today :) :)
