I FINALLY got my MAC Exhaust today.
It only took 3 freaking months and 3 or 4 calls and several letters,
but the last 2 letters seemed to have done the trick because just 2 days after those last 2 letters it was on the way and I had tracking numbers to watch it wing its way to my front porch.
A little help goes a long way.

That IS a possibility, it has happened before.

So, the pipe has a 2" OD and 1.75" ID.
The muffler has a typical spiral baffle.
The central core is straight through and is 1 5/16" ID.
I will get some pics when I get it on and record some sounds as well.

I found the "lost" post, it was a PM I sent to Dave. :P

MAC borrowed my bike a couple weeks ago to do an installation video and a sound contrasting video. They should post it soon.

What is the Mac advantage over the stock item? is an upgraded engine necessary? I like to keep things simple. 8-)

Yep, I like the reverse cone shape; it is my favorite of all muffler shapes.

The header I bought on eBay 3 years ago that has no names or numbers on it has the exact same bends as that header but mine is just a bigger diameter.
Maybe that's who made it. If I build another Savage engine that's the pipe I'm using.

No doubt about it. That is one nice looking exhaust system. Wish Suzuki produced one like it.
