Title: MX style footpegs ?
Post by raggmann on 02/12/17 at 04:58:43

I'm thinking of putting on MX style footpegs. Anyone done it? If so, what make/model did you base the pegs off?

As far as aftermarket anything I have trouble finding ANYTHING listed for Savage, LS650, S40 bikes anywhere here in Canada. Is it just that un-common a bike or?
Thanks in advance

The Savage is a low production motorcycle.....aftermarket stuff isn't made for the bike as there just isn't a very big market for stuff that fits the bike.  You can find a few items like oil filters, brake pads, Corbin seats, windshields, etc - but not a lot of parts specifically for the Savage.

Thanks Dave
Definitely different than getting parts for my Harley. Haha

Raggmann, I believe you can use mx pegs for Harley's the only difference being the mounting bolt size ,but you will need to check before purchase.

I owned a 1979 Sportster some years ago & I found that many parts would fit every year but '79!
