I can feel for them. Here in Washington we get wildfires every other year or so. Combined with the mountains, they can be difficult to detect and suppress. I love that picture of the C-130 Herc dropping the fire retardant. Hope the best for them, but 100+F temps and high winds - give up and get out. Oh, and our current political regime alleges no such thing as global warming. Let the firestorm begin! [sic]

Oh, and Bob - how is the petcock change project going on your Wolf?

Yeah, South Australia. It's been just as hot, but there's not much left to burn. I was away and out of touch over the weekend so missed the bushfire news til late last night. So a belated good luck, NSW.

Thanks! I'm watching the SYM forum to get more info on the Wolf. I'm still toying with the idea of getting one. I will if I can get a good price for my restored Honda CT110.
