Not mine. Came from the Hungarian Savage Forum. I suspect piston and valves were found snuggling. Looks like someone squeezed a tube of aluminum out there and is about to commence sculpting.

It's how the old guy who used to rescue XR250R heads for us started the repair process: grind out the cracks, weld the bejeezus out of it, some sort of heat treatment and machine back into shape. Fit new valve seats and bob's your uncle. Gotta be cruel to be kind I guess.

I thought about doing that one time ... then decided I better just keep on walking since I've never done anything like before or watched anyone do it, or even read about it, etc, etc, etc.
