I never understood why Hillary remarked, " What difference does it make......"
Out for a walk, or an attack on our embassy is NOT, the same scenario, one is random, the other planned.

Anyway, I now see how it can be used, again, politically speaking....

GAWD, these tools, if this was Trump whining he had the popular, but lost the electorate, there would be headlines, and arguments, heralding this is how are system works...you knew this was possible before you ran!
