Because they have, 30 days, before things change ! The, ‘baker, did NOT, Violate the Constitution, any more than a deli, who does Not serve Pork! Any more that a Bar, not serving a Drunk! Any more than a gun shop not selling to a person with a full face covering! Any more than a sign saying, ’no shirt/shoes’, no service! But my point was we need to enforce a JOB requirement that the mayor took an oath to do, first, before he decided to hold illegals here because he feels its the right thing to do.... He IS NOT invested with such power! |

If you're a Christian and don't want to Engage in a CONTRACT to Custom Build an ELEMENT of the Celebration of a UNION that, as a CHRISTIAN you Know is an Abomination in the eyes of God, Then You follow Gods law, What was done to the baker is a travesty. You should all work on understanding property rights. The gay couple would have been welcomed as customers had they walked in holding hands and asked for a cake in the display case. Asking for a wedding cake is an entirely different thing. That I'm alone in the ability to see that is not shocking. |

When you enter into a oath, contract, etc, you are obligated to fulfill all that it encompasses, be it maintaining sanitary conditions, if serving food, etc..... to serving, protecting, ensuring, the citizens that voted you into office. I was a plumbing contractor for many years, I had to have a licences. I had to prove myself, and maintain that "obligation" to ensure I knew my trade, business codes, and solvency. I had within my power, to cause great harm to the citizens, if I failed to ensure the plumbing was proper, and potable....and sanitary. NOT..... To screw anybody for a buck, that my profit, and my welfare, were my motivation justified for ANY reason.... even if I had BILLS TO PAY BECAUSE SOMEONE SKIPPED OUT ON PAYING ME.... IT SUCKED AT TIMES, but..... I had to honor the obligation I made FIRST, before trying to satisfy any new concerns..... And that is my point. How do you fillet a minnow? |
