All that aside, what I find troubling about Trump, is his braggadocio. It is revealing on many fronts. One: it shows lack of any real empathy, or concern, for the other party. Two: it shows the actions of an ignorant man, lacking, or unable, to realize that words have consequences. Three: This is the really scary part I have with Trump. It shows an extremely insecure man. One who lacks something in his life, and like a cornered animal, when threatened, reacts violently to any threats or challenges. I believe it has to do with his small hands ( that was a joke, sorry ) but I do believe it has to do with something in his sexuality/masculinity identity. Recapping: I believe he has a psychological issue. I think all of us do, to one point or another, but its all about degree, and recognition, and what are we doing to overcome it. I have taken on my weight/eating defect, and 14 years ago my drinking insanity, as examples. I still have many shortfalls, and I will till the day I die..... But accepting that as fact, allows me to not waste time covering it up, or lying about it.... Trump lashes out, deflecting, denying, and often aggressively.... I can not allow this man to be our nations spokesman, for he lacks the capacity to remain open, and honest, and intellectually fluid of mind, thought, that allows dialogue to flow openly, with hope of understanding, so addressing any issue(s) will be much more likely to succeed if we understand all the nuances and perimeters associated to the problem/issue. I have the same complaint about the PC labeling of opposition too. It is used wantonly as a big old trawl net, dragging and raping the bottom of the ocean, catching its targeted game, but causing great damage in the process. Like a scorn women, years later, brings a sexual charge against a man, for retaliation, proven to be without merit..... It weakens, overall, real charges brought by other women, against real sexual abuses, because it is often an unsubstantiated assault. Sorry to go off the point, but you guys want depth, then here it is.... Argue, defend, etc, your reasoning and position, if you like. I will listen, just give me depth too, like I did with real personal experience, as to how I came about my conclusion. I don't want to hear about Hillary, I could write an essay on her too ;D PS: Is this better Jog? Show us your hands...... All things, at all times, can be used by all men for soul making, or spirituality.... In this sense, all things are ours. Because teachers differ, we are forced to do our own study, thinking, praying, meditation, to achieve convictions that really are our own. Some say nature is foe. Some indifferent. Others, that she is friend. One thing is certain, she can be used. Nature can teach us the glory of beauty, the value of order, the wisdom of humility before the unimaginable immensities of time and space, also the wisdom of submission to the inevitable. Life, all of it, the bright and dark, is ours and so is the certainty of death. There is nothing in the present; there will be nothing in the future that will not work out for good. PS: The book I am writing will document this as fact, in the real lives of three people. I hope it will be uplifting, and provide insight into how we have a choice in ALL matters, when it comes to the OUTCOME upon our lives. Last night about 50 of us had a dinner reception at a new establishment where they take the table to the farm, serving you all fresh foods.... Pricey, but outstanding! As the wine started to take its effect and talk flow, this Trump issue came up. I heard this perspective advanced. I didn't see this view at all. They brought forth the observation that this is at its root, all about sex. The very issue we have been told is no one else's business. I can be gay, you butt out, no pun intended. Transgender, mind your own business. Have sex with a barely legal intern, STFU. How we are sick and tired of this moral majority caveman mentality. That sex is to be private, and utilized anyway the participants want. Now words are suppose to be what, the holy grail of indecency if extended in a ribald manner of explanation? It was a good exchange that pretty much resulted in agreeing that our politicians are hypocrites and liars, who will say, do, anything, to assure their own power..... And we had a few local politicians, county and state, dining with us to. |
