Hi Guys, a newbie to the site but have been browsing for a few weeks, just want to say a big thanx to you all for the tips on the squealing belt probs, this is my 2nd Savage, my 1st a 1991 bought new in the UK and the 2nd also a 1991 bought out here in France she is old but is now transformed into a bobber by myself and my husband Garry, we live out in rural France and have done so for nearly 17 years, our passion is bikes and have others also, we do all the work in house and enjoy every minute. :)

Hi,we tend to go for older bikes that have been unloved and then restore them to some thing we like. At the moment we have 2 Ducatis a 1996 916 superbike and a 1998 monster 600 has well as the ls 650 , we also have a honda 70 monkey bike 1982 . We have just finished a 550 kawasaki zephyr which was a complete wreak, which turned out very nice at the end ,but we had to sell it because of the insurance, with having all the others the price is quite high. i would have liked to put some photo's on but was unable to work out how to :-?

Welcome to The Savage Site

I'm on my second LS650 too !

A lot of the guys know different ways to post pictures , but the only one I understand is to :

1. put the picture in your computer where you can find it .
2. Click the "Choose File" below the reply box (right under the smilies)
3 Wait for this " site program " to start looking in your pictures , then go-to your picture you want.
4. Click on the picture you want.
