We don't enforce laws now, more laws?
You can lie to a judge.
You can say I don't remember.
You can say it wasn't my intent.
You can say I didn't know it was loaded.
Or, I had no idea, I thought everyone else does.....
Or, what difference does it make now.

You expect either of these two will deal with any issues other than their bank account....

Technically, yes she is. It may be a limited take-away at this point in time, but she is working it incremental.
She says she wants to ban assault weapons... isn't that a gun grab?
She doesn't agree with the SC on Heller... That's given the right of gun ownership across the country and you're going to say that's not a gun grab either?
And all she's got to do is stack the SC with judges on the democrat side.

Banning weapons is possible, taking them never. This is the US 80% of military and law enforcement who would be tasked with retrieving said weapons it would just never work.

How many states is it illegal or perhaps a felony to have a magazine that holds 10 or more?

Interestingly enough, about 10 states allow constitutional carry as well.

They banned Drugs decades ago.
Just about anyone can build a single shot gun.
Drugs
Banned everywhere
Available everywhere
But idiots believe guns will suddenly stop killing people if they are banned.
Nobody overdoses now that drugs are banned.

Not any laws, but more laws...

Is it too late if junior steals pa's booze and crashes his stolen car?

Did we spare the rod, in order to be friends with our kids?

Did we relax the tools of shaming, and consequences, opting instead to try and make junior feel good about himself and his less than perfect behavior?

More laws after the first law failed because we don't enforce with punishment and consequences will all of a sudden, work?

How?

Why are we going after law abiding folk, infringing on their constitutional rights, instead of going after the cause?

Before we start bouncing around what restrictions we want
Let's establish what the second amendment is and WHY it was included.

I'm not arguing it. I will wait on the gun control crowd to explain it. I've made the point countless times.
So, if you support gun control, explain why the second amendment exists.

She is one serious gal. I'm just glad we didn't see her get shot in the back. When she followed the two who went out the door, one had turned right and ran. I guess she heard him fly through the glass door and decided he was no threat.

I don't think those guys were experienced. They looked scared and unprepared. Kinda late for putting the hood up, ehh? How much Stuff can you haul while you're whiteknuckling a gun?
She needs laser sights and some range time. And that unarmed guy? What was he thinking?

If I was Chief of Police there would be a ceremony on the courthouse steps as I pinned a medal on her.
