I did some
If there's one Oops, y o u die stuff, not many and never for so long. The odds of falling down and not falling Off look dang slim.

Horror flicks, Zombies, cranky dinosaur movies...none of that stuff bothers me.

These kind of videos at these incredible heights.....it makes my sphincter pucker just to watch them!

I am at ease up to about 30 feet.....beyond that I get the Heebie-Jeebies!

Yep, with nothing to grab onto, and a fall either way is a Looooong Faaall?
I would be laying down..
I would not be up there.

I get light headed and butterflies in my stomach just watching stuff like that.

For today, yeah, but, IF THEY LIVE, and If their lives parallel mine, the day will come when they understand Why they Needed to do that. As exciting as taking extreme chances is, it's Not fulfilling. And how great a void must there be in the heart for such a stunt to seem a likely approach to filling it?
Or, maybe they are completely Together and just so cool that such stunts are comfortable. I don't see how anyone can stay
On Edge, perfectly focused, completely
In the Moment, no distraction s,, for so long.
I walked the rail on an overpass out over traffic, turned, walked back. Then my friend confessed to not having film in the camera.

Holy crap, great view. Did they take a helicopter to get up there ? There used to be a ww2 look out tower 200' on top of a 600' cliff overlooking Pacific Ocean, what a view, was harder coming down than going up!
I've been ask to work the crane dept before only 300' container cranes and my answer is always the same no freaking way, I get same pay on the ground to hell with the view !

You talking about the cranes that have the operator kinda leaning out over a window, yanking containers off of ships?

I would have been All Over that.
I've never run a crane, but one backhoe, for ten years, and I don't even know how many fork lifts, W -36 was the biggest.

Yup those giant cranes, you have to be a good wrench, welder/fabricator,electrician & know hydraulics that's all !
I work on the ground equipment, anything with rubber tires!

This is what Ruttly really spends most of his time working on.
Note: It has rubber tires!
