If we use the same argument about restricting gun ownership and possession, having the ability to stop crime, perfect sense, yes?
Can't we restrict people from becoming terrorist?
You know, find a commonality amongst them, like certain reading materials, or beliefs, dress, etc.
Any lifestyle that runs counter to our (Obama's) belief at how our society should look and act like, can only be considered a threat to our pursuit of happiness, therefore, all means to remedy this aberration is lawful, good, and righteous.

See Jog, maybe they will read my great ideas too ;D

With licensing we get license FEES, and they are all on a list!

Yes a GREAT Idea. A, ‘License’, think of the Revenue.

BUT, (Not to throw a wire in the gears)

What would happen, to a, ’terrorist’, who committed a, ’terrorists’ act, and did, NOT, not get the ‘License’ ?

Would it be like many States, that have a, ‘Drug’, ’Stamp/License’.
(Like a, ‘Alcohol/ Tobacco), License. If you are caught without one,
you are fined the cost of one?

Just might be better, to just shoot them !

I carry uninsured motorists insurance,
Maybe unlicensed turrist insurance?
What about them licensed turrists?
Who's gonna pay for the damage?
Are they required to leave their contact info?

Yea, I also, HAVE, to carry, ‘UN-Insured Motorist”, Insurance.

Minn, ‘Used to be, ‘Proof of Insurance”, before you got tabs for next year.
And you could, transfer a Title, with OUT, Insurance, or Licenses Fees, if you were not driving it.
Then they dropped that, You just, Paid them, and got your tabs.
But to many, ‘UN-Insured Motorist”, were sneaking in.

So to, ‘FIX’, this, the Great “Governor GOOFEY”
Decided that, EVERYBODY, Transferring a, Title, MUST Have Insurance and PAY for Plates.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

EVEN IF YOU ARE BUYING A, PARTS ONLY, ’titled’, unit !!!!!!!!!

SO, you want to, buy a, Car/Truck/MC, that someone has NOT licensed it for several years.
And it will be a year or More, BEFORE, YOU put it on the road.
You MUST, Pay and Have Insurance, AND PAY for Plates/Tabs !
YEARS, BEFORE, you can drive it on the roads !!!!!!!

They just don't want anyone breaking the law.
