BG,you need a Yamaha raptor 660 petcock ,then you need to check your oil you may have gas in it,if the level is high take off the fill cap and check the smell.the stock petcock is sending gas down the vacuum line flooding the bike making it "choke".It floods out the carb, the gas can only go two ways out the carb into your air box or into the cylinder past your rings into the crank case with your oil.....as for oil around the plug you need to clean off the motor then restart it to see where it coming from.

Oil is cheap, just change it. After the problem is solved. And I wouldn't be riding until i got it.
Oil/ Filter, about ten bucks.
Engine?

If you get a Yamaha Raptor 660 petcock, get a proper one and not the cheapest thing on EBAY. People here will advise you the CORRECT part number.

Oil is coming from vent tube of vavle cover vent hose and going to breather box.would the be from oil being to thin?

I think you have somehow missed the important information in the above posts.  Have you checked your oil level?

The stock petcock can get a hole in the diaphragm, and that can allow fuel to flow down the vent tube, and this fuel can then get into the crankcase can dilute the oil, and it will result in too high of a "oil" level in the crankcase.

Did you leave the plug and fill cap off and let it vent?

Run any air through it?

Heck, I dunno,,
It's got the bath tub in the head, and I don't know how easy it is to evaporate gas off,,
I'm sure someone will join in.

What oil is it?

Rotella T 15/40
Cheap, excellent, available

You have doubts? Change the oil. It's cheaper than a motor.

Spending more than necessary. I don't know if it's even as good as Rotella .
How much is it a quart?
Rotella T 15-40 is about$13.00 a gallon.

The full synthetic is a little more money. You can get it cheaper than this, but here is what Amazon charges: https://www.amazon.com/Shell-Rotella-550019921-Synthetic-Diesel/dp/B005CHT4W6/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1472873949&sr=8-1&keywords=rotella+t6+5w-40+synthetic

Rotella T 15w40 is the dino juice.  The synthetic is T6.
They are around $13/gal and $21/gal at Walmart in the auto section.

If your puke tube doesn't have the uphill portion after exiting the engine, it'll cause much more oil to come out.  The tube runs uphill to the frame and then to the airbox, I believe.  The uphill portion allows a lot of the sprayed out oil to run back down into the engine.

Try routing it with a section going up and then route the end wherever.  See if that helps.
