My 2001 suzuki savage wont start. 98% sure the battery is fine. I've tried jump starting it, nothing. All it does is make a loud click when I hit the start button then another click a few seconds later. I have pop started it, but still won't start after that. Would it be the starter or the starter relay?

That 'few seconds later' is concerning.

could be a bad controller.

Here is some more information I probably should have included earlier, sorry. I started off changing the petcock due to it was bad and was flowing gas when it shouldnt be. Then somewhere along the lines my battery died so I've been jumping it to get it started (maybe 2-3 times). I was flushing the oil to get the gas out, so its been jumped a few times and the controller was working then. That's why I believe it's the solenoid or the starter itself. Probably shorted something out by jumping it.

If you jump started it from another vehicle, MAKE SURE THE CAR/TRUCK IS NOT RUNNING as this can cook your electricals.

If you have the jumper cable ,take one side and try jumping around the solenoid if the starter runs you'll know its the solenoid hanging up.
