From the Bike build section....the builds were started:

GYROBOB - May 2011. He and a friend did a double build and made two. The test ride was Sept 2012.

Then there is a gap of a couple years.

Gheorge - July 2013.

Gerry - Nov. 2013.

Jeff71 - Mar 2015

Swing69 - Mar 2015.

There are a few of us that are Cafe' bikes....some use RYCA parts and others are self built.

RPNSHT - May 2011.

Scubachef - Dec 2011. He was having trouble getting it started in the fall of 2015, no update to confirm it is on the road yet.

Spamy - July 2012. He started his thread when he was very near being roadworthy, it hit the streets on 7/29/12.

Dave - Jan 2013. I used the RYCA seat, side panels, rearset and sidestand mount.

Braveteacher - Feb 2013.

SmokinBlue - Sep 2013.

I would be interested in knowing who has put the most miles on their bike. It seems I ride mine about 2,000 miles a year, and I have put 6,237 miles on mine since it became a Cafe' bike.

5 days and about 100 miles on mine. :)

Wow only 15 Rycas for over 7000 members , there has to be more!
I would guess that I have the only street tracker model.
