I have read the CJ system has a 98% conviction rate. Don't know if it is true; although, I am inclined to believe so.

Florida already banned any firework that explodes or is launched. wizzers and sparklers is about it.
But of course everyone goes to Alabama the back way and gets the mortar style star burst thingies, and black cats, and roman candles, and bottle rockets.... all which you can get arrested and thrown in jail for down here.
But there are so many folks and so few officers, everyone gets away with it.
