The story is misrepresenting facts... that's lying... They don't look like any ISIS fighters I've ever seen,... they look like bodybuilders... or Olympic wrestlers... I don't think that much size is actually practical for combat..  too much to carry around and feed... not to mention the steroids... Those are high maintenance bodies...
