My girlfriend has her motorcycle endorsement. She had a Rebel. Took a dive in a ditch.
Fast forward to now and she goes "You should put that bike (my Savage) back together so I can ride it."
So now I'm sweating my tushy off in the garage rebuilding a bike I haven't even looked at since I bought my C50.

That's all.
Needed a break from politics.

And what the hekk you doing leaving Anything torn down, anyway? You can't be doing that,, that's just wrong.
How did she wind up in the ditch?
Has she taken the riders safety course?
Maybe another run through would be a good idea,,?

She got tunnel vision, drifted off a curb, couldn't recover when a turn came up.
That was prior to meeting me, so you can't blame me for not teaching her.

I know it's bad form, JoG, but I have about 65 half finished projects in various states of disrepair. I'm the worst at it. She did take the course. I am going to try to convince her to take it again before I give her my bike. She's in Massachusetts and works second shift. We barely get to see each other as is, and when we are together, we're not rebuilding engines...

If Bot should inquire what it is you are doing if not working on the bike.....

Fix supper together, spend time on the bike together, hit the shower, together,, just start with getting the parts together, and
just get one little step made..

She has agreed to take the MSF course as a refresher. We are an oil change and a battery away from firing it up. And setting the adjustment of the decompression valve. Adding gas. Should probably check the tires and fluids...

Ookay now, let's not be conning the folks here. Those look Totally staged. The kneeling on the stool, not quite high enough to see into the tools,, just a little too innocent looking..

At least she is in the shop..
You're ahead of me and dang near every guy I know.
